Despite this, CMS has still increased commissions for both Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) due to an increase in the Fair Market Value (FMV). Below, we’ve outlined the maximum broker compensation for 2025, reflecting these increases.

- Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands: Initial commissions have increased from $418 to $428 per member, with renewal
commissions rising from $209 to $214 per member.
- All Other States: Initial commissions have increased from $611 to $626 per member, with renewal commissions rising from
$306 to $313 per member.

- Nationwide: Initial PDP commissions have risen from $100 to $109 per member, with renewal commissions increasing
from $50 to $55 per member.
